Overall purpose: Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests while strictly following brand standards. The role involves serving and assisting guests at the bar, clearing and setting tables, and serving food when required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests, take orders and serve drinks and snacks.
- Prepare, mix, garnish and present beverages to brand specifications.
- Clear and set tables in the bar area and assist with food service as needed.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- Operate in line with brand directives and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications & experience
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Experience with mixology for both traditional and creative cocktails.
- Planning, problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to evaluate guest satisfaction and respond appropriately.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a comparable property with significant rooms and meeting spaces.
Preferred profile
- Proven ability to act consistently on behalf of guests.
- Experience working collaboratively with other team members in a matrixed environment.
- Capacity to identify and evaluate business opportunities for the operation.
Requisiti
Fluent in Italian and English; excellent knowledge of mixing and serving drinks; minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a comparable property.Competenze richieste
