Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of internet and intranet websites and applications for the IT area, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with global teams such as IT, Marketing, HR and Communications to ensure applications and services satisfy business needs.
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers and external IT vendors responsible for development and maintenance of applications and services.
- Define standards and frameworks for the area of responsibility and promote their adoption within the company.
- Create mockups and support digitalization of processes.
- Act as the go‑to person for major service incidents: prioritise service restoration, manage impact communication and govern incident resolution.
- Provide operative leadership with responsibility for coordinating the area.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Service Management processes aligned with ITIL (senior level).
- Practical, hands‑on approach in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Drupal and Microsoft Office 365.
- Up to 3–4 years experience configuring/developing SharePoint Online/Microsoft Project Server and managing content with Drupal.
- Up to 2 years experience in designing and developing PowerApps and Power Automate flows.
- Project management skills and a research/self‑study attitude.
- A Master’s degree in IT or a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, public speaking, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, work in large teams, meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
