Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential leads: use research and modern AI tools to find the most promising companies, then reach them through large-volume cold calls and outreach.
• Convert initial contact into qualified pipeline: pursue prospects persistently, surface opportunities for the sales team, and maintain an accurate record of every lead and interaction.
• Master the industry: learn incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers in your sector and leverage that knowledge to open doors.
• Follow the data: monitor performance metrics closely to understand impact and focus on the highest-value actions.

The selection process

Before you apply

Bending Spoons is a demanding environment that requires significant commitment but provides exceptional learning and career growth. During your first months we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office to absorb our culture and build trust; we offer generous travel and accommodation support for this period. After onboarding, long-term work location may be one of our offices or remote from approved countries, as agreed at offer stage.
