Position overview: Our service is about creating memorable experiences where food and drinks complement the moment. As a Chef de Rang / Waiter/Waitress at Zefiro Rooftop, you will take initiative to deliver attentive, professional service that enhances guests' dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Set and prepare tables to the venue's standards and ensure the dining area is orderly.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including presenting dishes, serving guests and responding to requests promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen to coordinate timing and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and service supplies.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met professionally, helping create a smooth and memorable service in a dynamic, elegant environment.
Working conditions and expectations
Team members are expected to work with passion, care and professionalism, respect company policies and quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform and appearance. The role requires standing, walking and moving for extended periods, sometimes on uneven or slippery surfaces, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and reaching. Menu management requires reading and visually verifying information; additional reasonable duties may be requested.
Preferred qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: Approximately 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory experience: Not required.
- License/certification: None required.
