Your mission: Be one of the first friendly faces people meet at The Social Hub Rome and help turn visitors into active members. You will learn how the membership spaces operate day-to-day while supporting members to make the most of everything the hub offers.
On some shifts you will chat with members over coffee; on others you will lead tours, assist with events or share favourite city tips with guests. The role is varied by design and perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people and wants to learn hybrid hospitality.
About us: The Social Hub is a creative, rule-breaking hospitality concept where people can work, stay, learn and socialise. We offer student accommodation, hotel stays, gyms, events, bars and coworking spaces across multiple European locations. Headquartered in Amsterdam, TSH operates in several countries and aims to grow further while balancing profit with positive social impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests and ensure they feel at home from arrival
- Lead tours of the hub and introduce prospective members to our offerings
- Support member onboarding and help new members settle into the community
- Share insider tips about Rome’s best places for food, culture, shopping and nightlife
- Respond to membership enquiries and explain membership options
- Assist with emails, offers, bookings and membership-related administrative tasks
- Maintain membership areas so they remain organised and welcoming
- Support and help run community events to bring members together
Requirements:
- You must be currently enrolled at a university within the European Union
- Studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
- Positive, hands-on attitude and enjoyment of meeting new people
- Organised and comfortable juggling varied tasks during a shift
- Team player who can also take initiative when needed
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
- Availability for a full-time internship: 40 hours per week for 6 months

Requisiti
Currently enrolled at a university in the EU; studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or related; fluent in Italian and English; available full-time (40h/week) for 6 months; positive and organised with customer-facing aptitude.
