Position summary

This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences where food and beverages complement an exceptional service. As a Guest Service Expert you take initiative and provide a broad range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal and overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and set dining areas and tables according to standards.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and other departments.
  • Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of workstations, tools and supplies.
  • Make each transaction feel like part of the guest experience and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Workplace expectations and physical demands

You are expected to follow company policies, contribute to a safe workplace and uphold quality standards. Professional uniform, appearance and communication are required. The job involves significant physical activity: standing, sitting or walking for extended periods; moving over sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces; reading and visually verifying menu information; and handling objects (move, lift, carry, push, pull, place) up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks also include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.

  • Related work experience: Less than 1 year.
  • Supervisory experience: None required.
  • License or certification: None required.

Italian required.
