About Experimental Roma

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi near the famous Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will occupy a former bank redesigned by Rodolphe Parente to capture the spirit of la dolce vita. The hotel will offer 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool providing spectacular views over Rome.

About the role

As a rotating receptionist you will work alternating day and night shifts and represent the hotel as the first and lasting point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a warm welcome and flawless service throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist guests from arrival until departure;
• Answer telephone enquiries and accurately manage reservations;
• Inform guests about stay conditions, hotel services and local activities;
• Process billing, payments and perform related administrative tasks;
• Promote the property to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty;
• Contribute to achieving the department’s qualitative and quantitative goals;
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.

About you

We are looking for candidates who present a well-kept appearance and a strong service orientation, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities. The ideal profile includes:

• Attention to detail, team spirit and a proactive attitude;
• Previous experience at hotel reception, preferably in an upscale property;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera is an advantage;
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus;
• Availability, flexibility and motivation to perform in a demanding environment.

Requisiti

Experience at hotel reception (ideally in a high-end property); fluent Italian and English (third language a plus); proficient in Microsoft Office; Opera knowledge is an advantage; availability for rotating day and night shifts; professional appearance, strong service mindset, team spirit and initiative.
