Your mission, if you choose to accept it:

You are the vibrant, friendly presence that guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub you will keep service running smoothly with confidence, speed and genuine warmth. You will alternate between serving tables, supporting the bar and liaising with the kitchen and team to maintain a seamless, enjoyable experience for guests from all over.

What you will do

• Greet guests energetically and make them feel welcome
• Take orders, confidently serve food and drinks, and suggest menu recommendations
• Anticipate needs on the floor to keep service efficient
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every order arrives correctly
• Address guest questions and small issues with calm, friendly problem solving
• Keep your station clean, organised and prepared for service
• Support teammates during busy periods to create a positive team rhythm

What we expect from you

• A natural affinity for hospitality and a passion for creating good moments
• About 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn on the job
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in connecting with people
• The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously without losing composure
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• A pride in maintaining a clean, professional appearance
• A positive attitude and enjoyment of working as part of a supportive team

Requisiti

1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (or strong eagerness to learn); fluent in English and Italian; clean, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
