Position Summary
Kitchen Support Experts provide essential backing to several hotel areas. They may be assigned across departments such as the kitchen, food & beverage outlets or the staff dining room to carry out cleaning tasks and basic food-preparation support. Typical duties include preparing fresh, clean linens and spotless tableware for guests, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment (for example, dishwashing machines and hand-wash stations), and moving dishware throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support cleaning and simple kitchen preparation activities across departments.
- Operate, maintain and care for cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashers and hand-wash stations.
- Prepare and ensure availability of clean linens and spotless dining ware for guest service.
- Transport dishes and related items within the property as required.
- Adhere to company policies, safety and security procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
- Complete required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance; protect company assets and preserve confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
- Foster positive working relationships and assist the team in achieving shared goals.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods. Tasks require reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds (≈11 kg) without assistance.

- Education: No high school diploma/G.E.D. required.
- Related work experience: No prior related experience required.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: None required.
Language Requirement
Italian is required.
