Location: This role will be based in Milan or Turin, Italy. You will lead one of our key projects — Turin Ponte Mosca — and help shape future developments across Italy.

As the Senior Development Manager for Italy you will own the project lifecycle from early planning and design choices through construction and opening, ensuring alignment across architecture, design, operations and development. You will also support identification and assessment of new opportunities in cities such as Bologna, Florence and Rome.

What you will do

• Lead the Turin Ponte Mosca development from planning to opening day and day-to-day delivery.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and project partners to maintain progress and quality.
• Review designs, budgets, schedules and construction progress with a focus on high standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, public authorities and local partners across Italy.
• Evaluate technical opportunities and development potential to support new acquisitions.
• Define tender strategies and participate in selecting appropriate project partners for each phase.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and milestones and propose improvements to optimise results.
• Work closely with operations, interior design and development teams to deliver the TSH experience.

What you'll have

• 5+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management or a related field.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a technical discipline enabling review of drawings and oversight of construction quality.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and development cost control.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors and public authorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional fluency in English and Italian; hospitality or mixed-use development experience is a plus.

• Salary range: €60,000 - €88,000 gross per year.

Requisiti

5+ years in real estate development or construction management; degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical discipline; hands-on delivery experience; commercial and financial awareness; experience with architects/contractors/public authorities; professional fluency in English and Italian; hospitality or mixed-use development experience preferred.
