Tecnimont, the MAIRE Group company for integrated engineering & construction solutions present in multiple countries, designs and builds infrastructure projects worldwide. Tecnimont is recruiting an Electrical Plant Design Specialist for its office in Catania, Italy.
The selected professional will contribute to delivering integrated solutions for complex plants and will support large-scale projects that incorporate cutting-edge technologies. This role is also suited to candidates motivated to help reduce the carbon footprint of industrial operations through engineering excellence.
The Electrical Plant Design Specialist is accountable, within assigned projects, for the engineering activities connected to the design of electrical systems. Responsibilities cover both 3D modelling and the management of interfaces between different engineering packages. The level of involvement may vary by project. The specialist reports to the Project Leader or Group Leader for project matters and coordinates with the Head of Department regarding workload and documentation quality.
Job location: Catania, Italy.
Contract type: Permanent. Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011). Job classification level: Middle Manager, consistent with the role and the Collective Agreement.
Initial gross annual salary: €51,000.00, paid over 14 monthly instalments. The compensation package includes elements provided by the Collective Agreement and company agreements, such as flexible benefits and a participation bonus. Any additional variable components or benefits will be explained during the selection process.
