Situato nelle vicinanze del celebre Teatro alla Scala, Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan è un'espressione autentica dello spirito milanese e del quartiere Brera. Main responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations: supervisionare l'operatività dell'outlet per assicurare livelli elevati di servizio e qualità.
- Lead the team: guidare, motivare e formare il personale, favorendo fiducia, rispetto e collaborazione.
- Apply brand standards: far rispettare le linee guida Marriott e del brand Luxury Collection.
- Ensure guest satisfaction: assicurare che l'esperienza degli ospiti superi le aspettative e gestire eventuali reclami.
- Gestire ordini, controllo stock e inventari in collaborazione con l'ufficio acquisti.
What you’ll do
Managing day-to-day operations
- Supervises and manages the outlet staff and daily operations; steps in to perform duties when necessary.
- Maintains compliance with HACCP standards.
- Review staffing and schedules with supervisors to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives.
- Support planning, organisation and promotion of on-property events.
- Responsible for stock control, inventory and stockroom operations with Purchasing department.
Leading the Food & Beverage team
- Use interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence the team; act as role model for Marriott and brand values.
- Identify development needs and provide coaching/mentoring; set goals and organise work priorities.
- Ensure productivity, compliance with F&B policies and all applicable laws, and monitor responsible alcohol service.
Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Deliver outstanding service for customer satisfaction and retention; coach staff to understand guest needs.
- Manage service delivery from entry to departure and meet with guests informally to collect feedback.
- Handle guest problems and complaints and record them in the property's internal system; ensure corrective actions.
Managing and conducting human resources activities
- Provide guidance to associates, set performance standards and monitor results.
- Develop and deliver training programs; ensure fair treatment and strive to improve retention.
- Promote an open-door approach, solicit feedback and act to improve employee satisfaction and recognition.
Additional responsibilities
- Communicate with supervisors and colleagues by phone, email or in person.
- Analyse information to solve problems and choose best solutions.
- Assist servers and hosts on the floor during busy periods; supervise shifts in absence of the F&B Outlets Manager.
- Oversee financial aspects of the department including purchasing and invoice payments via the company system.

What you’ll need
- Experience managing daily F&B operations in upscale or luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach and engage teams to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting departmental goals.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Solid experience in managing and training teams; knowledge of HACCP policies and procedures.
- Ability to plan, organise and promote small to medium size events.

Requisiti
Esperienza nella gestione quotidiana di F&B in strutture di livello upscale/luxury; capacità di motivare e formare team; esperienza nel controllo stock e pianificazione orari; conoscenza norme HACCP; abilità nell'organizzare piccoli/medi eventi; ottima conoscenza di inglese e italiano; attitudine orientata al cliente.
