The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool and panoramic views of Rome. Role overview — Breakfast Attendant
As a Breakfast Attendant you will ensure the breakfast area is attractive, well stocked and welcoming, maintaining quality throughout service and delivering courteous guest interactions.
Main responsibilities
Buffet preparation and setup: arrange and lay out the breakfast buffet to meet hotel standards, set tables following procedures, prepare hot and cold beverages, replenish items during service and check freshness and quality.
Culinary preparation: prepare simple in-house items (cakes, crepes, muffins), cook or reheat selected products (pastries, bread, eggs) and follow hygiene and food-safety rules.
Guest service: welcome guests professionally, respond to requests to ensure satisfaction, and clear and clean tables after use.
Cleaning and organisation: keep the buffet area and breakfast room tidy, sanitize kitchen equipment and manage stock, reporting replenishment needs.

About you
You are passionate about hospitality, ideally with some prior experience and able to work autonomously. Essential qualities include a strong service mindset, speed and efficiency, independent working skills and good communication with colleagues and guests. Knowledge of food-hygiene standards (HACCP) is required; experience in restaurants or hotels is an advantage. You must be able to communicate professionally in Italian and English.
