  • Manage service administration: travel logistics, visa applications, yard/port entry permits and local insurance.
  • Oversee indirect procurement (PPE, tools, consumables) and review/approve incoming invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, review field service reports and prepare invoicing documentation.

Profile and requirements

  • Technical background with solid engineering understanding (apprenticeship, technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, marine engineering or related field).
  • Hands-on experience in operations, field service or a similar coordination role.
  • Proven management and communication skills with ability to lead, coordinate and motivate a team.
  • Good digital skills, daily use of MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort with internal systems.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2).
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Europe approximately 25–40% of the time.

We look for a leader who is organised, decisive under changing conditions, focused on team development and trusted by both team members and senior leadership for delivering results.
