Role overview
As Night Front Office Host you are the composed, reassuring presence who keeps the hotel running after dark. You welcome guests arriving late, help them settle in and ensure the overnight atmosphere is safe, orderly and welcoming. You manage the lobby at night, complete check-ins and night procedures, and respond to any guest needs that arise between late evening and early morning.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome late-night arrivals and maintain a calm, safe environment
- Execute check-ins, payments, night reports and other overnight procedures accurately
- Keep the lobby tidy, organised and comfortable throughout the night
- Assist guests with enquiries, special requests and unexpected situations
- Monitor the building and report anything unusual or urgent
- Prepare clear morning handovers and share guest insights with the day team
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance when necessary
- Promote The Social Hub’s spaces and experiences when appropriate
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or another guest-facing role
- A calm, friendly demeanour that helps guests feel safe during the night
- Willingness to work regular night shifts
- Proactive, reliable and able to resolve issues independently
- Able to handle quiet periods and busy moments with steady energy
- Comfortable using digital systems such as PMS, kiosks and messaging tools
- Clear communication in English and Italian
- Team player who hands over information clearly to colleagues

Compensation
Starting salary: €25,255.14 gross per year

Requisiti
1–3 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles; comfortable with regular night shifts; proactive, reliable and able to work independently; fluent in English and Italian; experience with PMS, kiosks and messaging systems.
