We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager based in Basiano (MI) to lead logistics operations for a fashion client. You will be accountable for the entire supply chain scope, from inventory control to delivery coordination.

Your role will ensure the smooth and effective operation of all activities in the logistics department, aiming to optimise productivity, reduce costs and guarantee timely delivery of products and services.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and ensure compliance with safety, quality and legal requirements
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party logistics providers
• Lead, coach and develop the team through continuous feedback and learning
• Be responsible for achieving out-of-hours coverage, rotations and permission targets to maintain a sustainable workflow
• Act as a role model for the Company’s purpose, promise and values

WHO YOU ARE:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education)
• You have strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
• You enjoy managing and developing a team
• You speak English fluently
• You are familiar with HSE standards
