Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, part of Marriott International, is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert / Bellboy Intern to join the team located close to the Teatro alla Scala. The property reflects Milanese character, designed by Patricia Urquiola, and features 101 guestrooms and 15 suites, including the Milanese Suite, plus the rooftop restaurant and pool Etereo.
Internship details
- Role: Support the Lead Concierge with doorman and bellman duties.
- Working time: Full-time, 5 days per week with 2 days off.
- Start date: Estimated in August.
- Main responsibilities:
- Give guests a warm and polished welcome and farewell.
- Handle luggage: loading, unloading, storage and delivery to rooms.
- Escort guests to rooms and provide brief orientation when required.
- Inform guests about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
- Assist in arranging and recording transportation requests.
- Help manage the hotel entrance to ensure cleanliness and smooth access.
- Support valet operations, including vehicle checks and guest notifications.
- Anticipate guest needs to contribute to memorable experiences.
Candidate requirements
- Warm, people-centered approach and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Flexible, able to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Languages: excellent English and at least intermediate Italian (written and spoken).
