As Spa Manager you will lead and coach a multicultural team made up of reception staff, masseurs and beauticians. With both professional and financial responsibility, you will uphold the ROBINSON quality standards and answer for the spa's business performance.
- Lead and train the spa team to ensure high service levels and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the spa offer and treatments within the WellFit spa area, working closely with ROBINSON headquarters.
- Handle administrative duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory and creating staff schedules.
- Monitor financial results and take responsibility for achieving business targets.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the spa so that guests can feel completely at ease.
Requisiti
Esperienza nella gestione di una spa o centro benessere, capacità di leadership e gestione economica, competenze amministrative (ordini, inventario, pianificazione del personale) e attitudine al lavoro con team multiculturali.
