About Experimental Roma

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a stylish new destination. The hotel, set in a former bank and redesigned by Rodolphe Parente, will reflect the spirit of la dolce vita: elegant and timeless. The property will host 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool offering panoramic views of Rome.

About the role

The Maintenance Agent is in charge of the day-to-day functioning and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that all work follows current safety standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and maintaining technical installations (for example laundry and water treatment systems)

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in equipment and installations

• Carrying out repairs on surfaces and facilities (painting, flooring, etc.)

• Helping to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction

• Participating in and ensuring the safety of people and property

• Supporting the organisation of services by proposing solutions for continuous improvement

About you

You have experience as a Maintenance Agent or in a similar position and are technically versatile with strong analytical skills. You are detail-oriented, proactive and responsive, with practical knowledge in electricity, plumbing and carpentry, and you have a genuine interest in working in the hotel industry.

Requisiti

Experience as a Maintenance Agent or similar role; technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing and carpentry; detail-oriented and proactive with strong analytical skills; interest in the hotel industry.
