Join us as Membership Host at The Social Hub – Florence Belfiore. Be part of a team reimagining hospitality at our Florence Belfiore location, situated in a lively neighbourhood near bars, restaurants and shops and just steps from the city centre.
About the location: The Social Hub Belfiore comprises around 549 rooms, a Boulevard with retail and commercial activities, an active co-working community, restaurants and a 7,000 m² rooftop featuring a pool and green areas. We’re more than a hotel: we combine accommodation, community, coworking and social spaces in one hub.
As a Membership Host you are the face of the hub in our membership and front-of-house areas. You will create warm, memorable experiences for members and guests, know our products and services and promote them when appropriate. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors and help make everyone a devoted fan of TSH.
Previously known as The Student Hotel, The Social Hub is a community-driven concept where people come to learn, stay, work and play. We combine hotel rooms, student accommodation, coworking and events, restaurants and bars, gyms and rooftop spaces to create meaningful and fun experiences for locals, travellers, students and professionals.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Amsterdam, TSH employs around 650 people. The company has over 11,000 rooms across Europe either open or under development. Today TSH operates in 16 European locations (including two hotels in Amsterdam and one each in Barcelona, Toulouse, Madrid, Berlin, The Hague, Delft, Vienna, Groningen, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Rotterdam, Paris, Florence and Bologna). In total the group plans 25 hotels, with 18 currently open and seven slated to open (Lisbon, Porto, Rome San Lorenzo, Florence Belfiore, Turin, San Sebastian and Glasgow) by 2025. TSH aims to open at least three new locations per year through 2026, continuing to set standards for hybrid hospitality.
We are committed to supporting our people with initiatives ranging from mental health support to leadership training and more. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and identities — nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture — and value the diversity each person brings.
