Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
Position summary: The trainee will join the Front Office team and learn to carry out guest reception duties and daily front desk operations.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Support room assignments and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and maintain booking information
- Provide guests with information and general assistance
- Answer and manage telephone calls
- Support the handling of guest requests and complaints
- Perform basic administrative duties and keep records up to date
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work effectively within a team
