Join TheFork to support and educate restaurant partners on our booking management tools and help them get the most from their digital transformation. TheFork is a leading restaurant booking platform in Europe and part of the Tripadvisor Group; we value respect, ownership, growth and collaboration.
What you will do
- Onboard and train partners on TheFork Manager, our restaurant booking management software.
- Ensure partners adopt and use the management tool daily and help them streamline service operations.
- Support partners through their digital transformation and demonstrate the benefits of upgrading their ERB.
- Provide re-training and proactively propose refresher sessions when needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve training techniques and delivery.
- Deliver an excellent partner experience throughout onboarding.
- Collect feedback from the field and share insights with the Product team to improve the ERB.
Required qualifications
- Italian at C2 level and fluency in English are mandatory.
- Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication skills; able to present and train clearly.
- Team player, passionate, open-minded, with a sense of humour.
- Good stamina and flexibility to work in a dynamic, partner-facing role.
Contract and working model: permanent contract with a flexible working environment (typically hybrid: office + home office; company policy mentions 2 days home office per week and additional remote flexibility during summer and December).

Requisiti
C2 level Italian and fluency in English; prior experience in similar training/onboarding roles preferred; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus); strong communication skills; team player with flexibility and stamina.
