The Analyst will assist the firm's professionals in tracking the legislative, regulatory and policy activity at the main Italian government institutions and regulatory authorities, as well as in the most relevant Italian regions. Working in coordination with a supervisor, the Analyst will produce analysis reports, memos and position papers intended for the firm's clients, and will cooperate with the Director who leads the practice.
This role is offered as a paid internship with a monthly allowance of €800. There is a possibility of transition to a full-time employment opportunity after the internship.
The ideal candidate has an excellent academic background. A degree in Law, Economics or Political Science is required; a specialization in Public Affairs is considered an additional advantage. Fluency in English (strictly required) and fluency in Italian are mandatory. Candidates must be able to translate between the technical languages of business and politics and have detailed knowledge of Italian regulatory and legislative processes; familiarity with EU regulatory and legislative procedures is a further plus.
The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, a professional attitude, the capacity to meet strict deadlines and to work under pressure when necessary.
