TMC Data Science is looking for a Product Data Coordinator who will act as a central point across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and GS1. The role is responsible for translating business needs into improved data quality, processes and timely, complete delivery of product data solutions.

You will own the end-to-end governance of product data quality, manage Track & Trace for the full process, and define roles and responsibilities to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to customers. Success is achieved through continuous improvement and automation, ensuring right-first-time data at source, faster execution and consolidated product life cycle information.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track & Trace: produce reporting and analyses of product data OTIF (On Time In Full).
• Develop and execute proactive analytics to secure OTIF delivery of internal and external PLC data.
• Collaborate closely with PLC coordinators, and local/global/external data and tool owners.
• Identify opportunities and lead automation of data, processes and applications.
• Design rules to enable automated data validation checks.
• Translate business requirements into PLC processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GS1 standards and support implementation of new data releases.

| WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new or changing processes and tools.
• Willingness and capability to learn technical tools: Excel, Power BI and various application front ends (e.g. SAP, GS1).
• Strong business acumen: passion for data, critical thinking, data analysis and decision-making.
• High performance mindset: personal accountability for execution and improvement results.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple languages and with internal and external parties.
• GS1 experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with end-to-end Product Life Cycle processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (reading and writing).

Requisiti

Fluent in English and Dutch or French (reading and writing); ability to learn tools quickly; experience in stakeholder management; GS1 knowledge and PLC process familiarity are advantages.
