Role purpose: Welcome guests warmly on arrival and ensure they receive a friendly farewell; deliver service that follows brand standards at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately take orders and serve drinks and light food at the bar.
- Prepare cocktails using both traditional and creative mixology techniques, including mixing and garnishing.
- Clear and set tables in the bar area and assist with food service when required.
- Monitor, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain service levels.
- Continuously assess guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or issues.

Qualifications and experience
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Solid knowledge of mixology, with proven skill in mixing, garnishing and presenting drinks.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role at a comparable property with significant room capacity and meeting spaces.
- Demonstrated ability to act on behalf of guests and to identify business opportunities for the outlet.
Requisiti
