Your Mission

As a Bartender at The Social Hub you’re at the center of the guest experience: you craft classic and innovative cocktails as well as high-quality non-alcoholic options, serve with accuracy and personality, and step in to support the wider floor whenever needed to keep service smooth and welcoming.

You will be part of an international Food & Beverage team that values teamwork and continuous learning, receiving on-the-job training and direction from the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, with opportunities for development from day one.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages—from crafted cocktails to quality zero-proof options—with consistency and style.
• Provide warm, engaging guest service that makes every visitor feel welcome and leaves a lasting impression.
• Support food service and other restaurant operations as required, pitching in wherever needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and events to answer guest questions confidently.
• Manage guest feedback professionally, aiming to turn any complaint into a positive experience.
• Keep the bar organised, clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with event setup and service to help create memorable gatherings in TSH spaces.
• Share your knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team’s overall drink offering.

What you will have

• 1-2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred, though passion and the right attitude are highly valued.
• A genuine interest in drinks, including mixology and non-alcoholic creations.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to interact with guests.
• Good multitasking and time-management skills suited to a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• A professional appearance and high service standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Requisiti

1-2 years bartending or hospitality experience preferred; fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; flexibility with shifts; strong communication and multitasking skills.
