Position

Bulgari's Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome is recruiting a Jewelry Group Product Marketing Senior Manager.

Mission

The role is to define and lead the product portfolio strategy and manage the product lifecycle for the assigned category, ensuring alignment with brand image, positioning and market potential to support the company vision and achieve objectives in terms of market share, revenues and margins.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support senior management in defining the portfolio marketing strategy for the Jewelry category (consumer target, product concept, price positioning, channels, expected revenues and target margins), with a specific focus on the 3-year plan and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Carry out market performance analyses to identify business opportunities (new segments, new products/line extensions) and monitor consumer and industry trends to guide portfolio evolution.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of team competences and promote people growth and motivation.
  • Drive the preparation of Product Marketing briefs in line with brand strategy and oversee the Product Development process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supervise the product portfolio and lifecycle by coordinating Product Managers and proposing corrective marketing or product plans when needed.
  • Collaborate with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain to define assortments, sales forecasts and secure product availability.
  • Work with Global Brand & Communication to ensure appropriate communication plans (campaigns, ATL/BTL, events) aligned to the brand's long-term strategy and positioning.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in similar roles within the Jewelry / High Jewelry sector.
  • Solid understanding of luxury brands, the fashion industry and current trends.
  • Knowledge of product marketing and merchandising techniques.
  • Awareness of the main phases and critical aspects of the jewelry product development process.
  • Experience in analysis, reporting and project management.
  • Fluency in English; Italian is desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT applications (SAP/ERP, BW, MS Office).

Requisiti

Minimum 10 years' experience in Jewelry/High Jewelry product marketing; strong knowledge of luxury brands and fashion trends; experience with product development and merchandising; proven analysis and reporting skills; project management experience; fluent English (Italian desirable); proficiency with SAP/ERP, BW and MS Office.
