Job Summary

Supermicro is looking for an experienced product manager with background in the IoT/Embedded segment and familiarity with market development across EMEA. The Solution Product Manager will identify and grow potential key accounts within EMEA, collaborating closely with sales to expand account revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze market and business trends and create tactics/programs to increase market share by positioning Supermicro solutions competitively.
• Identify, prioritize and address enterprise customer requirements for current and emerging use cases, considering deployment factors.
• Manage time-to-market (TTM) activities for new product training for customers; work directly with customers to define and refine product and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations.
• Lead research on technologies, customer needs and competitor trends and provide feedback to engineering to shape platform and portfolio strategy.
• Build strong customer relationships, support sales in closing deals and develop account revenue.
• Develop the ecosystem with the team and establish/maintain vendor and supplier relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS), or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of product management experience with proven promotion and customer-influence skills.
• Proven track record in developing business and engaging customers directly.
• Solution knowledge in Data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Networking and related domains.
• Deep understanding of server, storage and datacenter products and strong business acumen to develop opportunities across Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, influence and manage complex relationships internally and with external clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to measure and achieve established objectives.
• Serve as a technical advisor on market and technology trends.
