We are seeking a professional with solid experience in leading teams who can plan the day-to-day activities, direct staff performance, manage conflicts and guarantee that all employees perform their duties in line with the hotel’s procedures and quality standards.
Essential requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
- Proven background in team management and leadership, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Responsible, proactive attitude with the authority and confidence to coordinate staff effectively.
Offer
- Salary: €2,200 net per month (depending on experience).
- Role based at our hotel on Lake Como, Italy (Tremezzo).
- Seasonal position (March–October) with the possibility of working during the winter months depending on hotel occupancy.
