Role overview

The selected candidate will join the Product Management team and contribute to the full product development lifecycle, ensuring that technical and design requirements, profitability, sustainability targets, timing and execution processes are met according to each brand’s specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an interface between internal departments involved in product development and maintain continuous contact with external suppliers.
• Organize and manage the product development calendar, from debrief sessions to delivery of initial samples.
• Ensure correct circulation of technical information to start prototype execution.
• Oversee and monitor timing and progress of the product development process for the global collection.
• Prepare and maintain all documentation required to support collection launches.
• Report critical paths and progress of the product development plan to the Head of each Department.
• Propose solutions and measures to meet deadlines while achieving quality and cost objectives.
• Provide proactive support to the Brand, keeping information updated and accessible to the team.
• Continuously engage with suppliers, research centers and relevant partners to discover and test new solutions, technologies and methodologies for Department approval.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Fashion / Luxury Management.
• Strong passion for fashion and luxury businesses.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Analytical skills and a practical problem-solving approach.
• Flexibility and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent English.
