Your opportunity

You will join the Product Management team and contribute to the full product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with technical and design requirements, profitability and sustainability targets, timing and execution within the Brand Portfolio specifications.

How you will contribute

• Act as an interface between internal functions involved in product development and with external suppliers.

• Organise the product development calendar, scheduling activities from debrief sessions through delivery of the first sample set.

• Support and guarantee proper circulation of technical information to start prototype execution and oversee timing for the creation of the global collection.

• Prepare and maintain documentation required to support collection launches and keep the product development plan up to date, reporting critical paths to Department Heads.

• Propose solutions to ensure adherence to deadlines in the product development calendar while meeting quality and cost objectives.

• Provide proactive support to the Brand by ensuring information is current and available to the whole team.

• Continuously liaise with suppliers, research centres and other stakeholders to identify and test new solutions, technologies and methodologies for Department Head approval.

Who you are

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Fashion/Luxury Management.

• Passion for Fashion & Luxury and strong interest in eyewear.

• Organisational and time-management skills with a hands-on, flexible attitude.

• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with strong team commitment.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English.
