The Front Office Agent is the central figure of the guest experience at our five‑star hotel: you are the first and last contact for guests and contribute to making each stay seamless and luxurious.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Record and honour guest preferences noted at reservation and ensure they are applied.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to have rooms ready for arrivals.
  • Welcome guests at check‑in and farewell them at check‑out following the hotel service standards.
  • Proactively promote hotel services and amenities such as room upgrades, dining options and SPA experiences.
  • Handle guest requests in person, by phone or via email/WhatsApp with care and timeliness.
  • Provide courteous, detail‑oriented responses to every guest need and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions and hotel offerings.
  • Collaborate actively with all departments to ensure a smooth, high‑quality service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Manage front office administrative tasks precisely, including cash handling and maintaining guest records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Be available to cover a night shift once a month.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Requirements

  • Languages: English C1, Italian C2; a third language is a plus.
  • Preferably at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • References required.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g. Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requisiti

English C1, Italian C2 (third language a plus); preferably minimum 2 years in a similar luxury hotel/resort role; references; proficiency with hotel PMS (e.g. Opera Cloud) and MS Office; flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays; availability to cover one night shift per month.
