We gather information where automation cannot reach, counting features, taking photos and videos, recording speech, and scanning areas to provide detailed data for better decision-making. Our field teams operate across Europe and North America and are ready for new assignments.

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused professional drivers to join a large-scale mapping data collection project. Drivers will use client-provided vehicles equipped with specialized mapping equipment to capture high-quality street-level data within assigned zones. The role requires solid driving ability, technical awareness and the capacity to work independently while coordinating closely with field coordinators. Extended travel and hotel-based assignments are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate client vehicles fitted with mapping and data collection equipment.
• Collect mapping data in assigned zones efficiently and following project guidelines.
• Handle and protect all client vehicles, devices and equipment.
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean and perform basic upkeep.
• Research and identify safe local parking to protect vehicles and gear.
• Securely park, cover and safeguard the vehicle daily at assigned locations.
• Report and manage incidents (e.g., traffic accidents, public interactions) professionally.
• Coordinate daily activities, assignments and issue resolution with the Camp Coordinator.
• Communicate technical, mechanical or operational issues promptly.
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets together with project coordinators.
• Travel long distances as required and operate in “hotel mode” during assignments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and device logs in the designated system or application.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, including at least 2 years of professional driving (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics, courier).
• Valid driving licence.
• Good English.
• Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, trucks) is strongly preferred.
• Defensive, calm and safety-oriented driving style; able to drive in high-traffic and stressful conditions.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.
• Good knowledge of local roads, neighbourhoods and traffic patterns in the working country.
• Polite, professional and respectful demeanour with the public.
• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge (e.g., changing tyres, reading vehicle gauges).
• Willingness to travel and stay on assignment for extended periods.

Requisiti

Minimum 5 years total driving experience, at least 2 years professional driving experience; valid driving licence; good English; experience with vans/trucks preferred; defensive and safety-oriented driving; GPS/navigation familiarity; basic mechanical skills; knowledge of local roads; willingness to travel and stay on assignments (hotel-based).
