Role overview: You will support the Product Manager in defining product strategies, roadmaps and lifecycle activities, assisting with portfolio updates, codification and documentation, and helping to spot innovation opportunities through market and competitor insights.
Key responsibilities
- Sales, marketing and communication assets: help create and maintain product sales materials such as presentations, brochures, catalogs, technical comparisons and videos; work with Marketing & Communication on commercial and digital assets (web pages, apps, showroom content); contribute to defining and collecting product Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
- Market research & competitive benchmarking: map competitors by product type, keep the technical information database up to date, research market trends, applications and segmentation, and monitor competitor news and positioning.
- Pricing & business case support: support preparation and execution of price lists and contribute to basic analyses for business cases (volumes, costs, margins).
- Data analysis & internal reporting: monitor and report business trends for specific products (orders, sales, margins, product mix), analyze anomalies or trends and prepare summary reports.
- Collaboration with regions & cross-functional teams: liaise with regional teams to collect feedback on product performance and customer needs and support localization or adaptation of product information when required.
- Customer & stakeholder interaction: support customer visits with the Product Owner, prepare materials and data for customer meetings and product demos, and deliver product trainings for new hires and sales staff.
Requirements
Preferred education: diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential. You should be flexible and available to adapt to changing needs and support team objectives, and have a good command of English. The role involves supporting customer visits and internal trainings.
