We are hiring a Director of Business Valuation & Litigation to lead and expand our valuation and litigation practice in South Florida. If you are passionate about delivering practical results for clients and developing a team, this role may be a fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business valuation.
- Must hold one or more valuation credentials: CFA, CVA, ASA, or ABV.
- Litigation and forensic support experience is preferred.
- Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and manage valuation and litigation support projects originating from the South Florida market, including HBK offices in Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Stuart, and West Palm Beach.
- Supervise and mentor analysts and managers to ensure timely, high-quality completion of engagements.
- Manage the office P&L and support growth of referral sources in the region.
- Act as the valuation resource for HBK accounting and wealth management teams in Florida.
- Collaborate with other valuation regional directors to expand the practice.

Requisiti
