Your role: you are the welcoming, energetic presence guests remember. As a waiter/waitress at The Social Hub you will keep service moving with speed, confidence and warmth, shifting between tables, the bar and the kitchen while helping colleagues to ensure a smooth, connected and enjoyable experience for international guests.

About The Social Hub: known for breaking hospitality conventions, TSH offers a hybrid hospitality concept combining hotel stays, student accommodation, coworking, events, gyms, rooftop bars and food & drink venues. Main responsibilities

• Greet and make guests feel comfortable with positive energy
• Take orders, serve meals and recommend menu items with confidence
• Anticipate needs to keep the dining area running smoothly
• Coordinate clearly with the bar and kitchen to ensure timely, correct service
• Respond to questions and minor issues calmly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organised station ready for service
• Support teammates during high-demand periods to maintain a strong team rhythm

Profile and requirements

• Natural hospitality instinct and enjoyment in creating great moments for guests
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and ease connecting with people
• Ability to multitask under pressure while staying composed
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Take pride in a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude

Compensation policy: pay is determined fairly and transparently based on role and assessed proficiency; salaries are offered upfront without negotiation. Starting salary: 23.830,90€ gross per year.

Requisiti

1–2 years of restaurant/hospitality experience (or strong willingness to learn); fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; strong communication and multitasking skills; positive attitude and team spirit.
