About Experimental Roma
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi near Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a cinematic, vibrant hotel located in a former bank redesigned by Rodolphe Parente. The property will offer 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool and sweeping views over Rome.
Role overview
As a rotating receptionist you will work varied shifts (day and night) and represent the hotel’s first and lasting impression for guests. You will ensure a warm welcome and consistent, high-quality service throughout their stay.
Welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure.
Answer telephone enquiries and manage reservations accurately.
Provide guests with information about stay conditions, hotel services and local activities.
Handle billing, payments and other administrative tasks.
Promote the property and contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Support the department in meeting qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Candidate profile
Well-groomed appearance with a strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, team spirit and the ability to take initiative.
Experience in hotel reception, preferably in an upscale establishment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Availability, flexibility and motivation to perform in a demanding environment.
