Experimental pioneered cocktail-bar culture in Paris in 2007 and has since grown into a collection of inventive cocktail bars and boutique hotels across Europe and beyond. The brand operates destinations in major capitals and seasonal spots, combining design, creativity and high-quality service.
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will occupy a converted bank redesigned by Rodolphe Parente. The hotel will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool offering striking views of Rome.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests throughout the night shift, managing reservations, and overseeing the hotel when the daytime team has left.
Provide a warm, personalized night-time welcome to each guest.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with hotel standards and procedures.
Act as the on-duty manager after daytime operations end and ensure guest and property safety.
Set up the breakfast buffet for the following morning.
Handle guest comments, requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs; manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently to minimise waiting time.
Inform guests about stay conditions, formalities and hotel services; actively promote hotel services to maximise revenue.
Manage phone calls, the reservations schedule and follow up on requests such as wake-up calls, taxis and in-room breakfast.
Prepare activity and incident reports for the shift and ensure guest documentation is complete and up to date.
Apply and explain the hotel pricing policy, operate the cash register and follow payment and invoicing procedures.
Ensure the reception area is kept clean and verify daily reservations and summaries of off-site bookings.
You have at least two years’ experience in a similar position. You are dynamic, proactive and show a strong commitment to service excellence. You present a professional appearance, are reliable, attentive to guest needs and able to work effectively as part of a team. You are organised and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage. You are proficient with Microsoft Office and the Opera property management system.
