Role overview: You will be responsible for sourcing and presenting candidates for many open roles across our operations, with a particular focus on Europe. You will work remotely with flexible hours and coordinate regularly with the team.
- Sourcing of candidates for all open roles worldwide (with a focus on Europe).
- Presenting candidates to clients during the selection process.
- Matching candidates to the right roles and convincingly pitching the appropriate opportunity to each candidate.
- Using your own sourcing channels and network as a baseline (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, niche communities, databases, referrals, etc.).
- Participating in weekly coordination and best-practice exchange meetings with the rest of the team.
Qualifications required:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably gained in a freelance setting.
- No need for sourcing training: you already know how to find and engage candidates.
- Proven ability to source independently using your own tools and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, niche communities, databases, referrals).
- Multilingual abilities: Italian and English.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based model per hire.
