Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-border acquisitions alongside Accounting, Finance and the Business Acquisitions team, performing due diligence, reviewing transaction documentation and managing post-closing integrations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on corporate reorganizations and governance issues arising from acquisitions in Italy and abroad.
• Draft, negotiate and review primary and ancillary transaction agreements.
• Work with Finance on debt and equity financings, investments, and matters related to equity plans and instruments.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments to identify opportunities to unlock value and address business needs.

Selection process: We evaluate all candidates through the same screening. If you pass initial screening, you may be asked to complete one or more challenging tests that can take several hours. To ramp up quickly, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first months; we provide generous travel and accommodation assistance.
