Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan (part of Marriott International) is seeking a Bartender to join its food & beverage team.

You will report to the F&B Outlets Manager and be responsible for all beverage service activities in the hotel’s lobby bar, The Living, and at the rooftop bar.

About the hotel

Situated close to the famous Teatro alla Scala, Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan reflects the spirit of the Brera district. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the property features 101 rooms and 15 suites, including the Milanese Suite. The hotel offers refined regional cuisine, a rooftop restaurant and bar (Etereo) with panoramic views and a rooftop pool, as well as breakfast and classic Milanese aperitivo experiences.

Main purpose of the role

You are a creative mixologist who keeps up with beverage trends and brings energy to the bar. You take pride in offering a seasonal and varied drink menu, engaging guests with friendly conversation and recommendations, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You are hands-on, value team spirit and maintain professional standards at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the hotel/bar ambassador to guests.
• Provide attentive service and pamper guests.
• Order, prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep glasses, bar tools and work areas clean and organised.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and all health, safety and hygiene rules.

Requirements

• Passion for luxury lifestyle hospitality.
• Warm, guest-focused attitude and strong team spirit.
• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• Safety-first mindset, reliability and a positive outlook.
• Previous bartending experience is a strong plus.
