Your Mission: as a Bartender at The Social Hub you are the pulse of the bar — crafting drinks with precision and personality, whether classics, inventive cocktails or zero‑proof options, and helping to make every guest experience welcoming and memorable.

You will be part of an international F&B team that values teamwork and quality service. You will receive hands‑on training and guidance from your Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor and have room to grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with consistency and flair, including cocktails and high‑quality non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Provide warm, engaging service that makes guests feel at home and creates memorable moments.
• Support food service and other restaurant operations when required.
• Be knowledgeable about menus and events to answer guest questions confidently.
• Manage guest feedback professionally, striving to turn issues into positive experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe bar area following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with event setup and service to help transform TSH spaces into great gathering spots.
• Share skills and mentor colleagues to keep service standards high across the team.

What we look for

• 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred, though enthusiasm and a positive attitude are highly valued.
• A true passion for drinks — mixology, mocktails and a great pour.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ease with guests; guest‑facing roles suit you.
• Good multitasking and time management in busy settings.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail and high service standards.
• Flexibility with shift patterns.

• Starting salary: €23,830.90 gross per year
