We are looking for a passionate Bar Crew member to join our Food & Beverage team. As part of the Generator bar crew you will ensure the bar operates efficiently and you will consistently aim to “wow” guests by exceeding their expectations. If you are sociable, enthusiastic and want to contribute to an exciting hospitality concept, this is the role for you.

About Generator Rome

Located a short walk from the Colosseum and Roma Termini station, Generator Rome is our latest opening in Italy’s capital. The property features 75 stylishly designed rooms across seven floors and includes a bar and a chill-out lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure every guest’s needs are met and, whenever possible, exceeded.
• Create positive impressions so customers remember their time at Generator.
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and ready for service at all times.
• Maintain full stocking of glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixes and other bar supplies.
• Ensure adequate produce and goods are available to serve customers continuously.
• During busy periods, maintain Generator standards of cleanliness for tables, floors and equipment.
• Monitor and uphold high standards in service and drink/cocktail quality, escalating issues to the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager when necessary.
• Ensure cash handling and reconciliation procedures are followed so the float always balances.

Your experience

• Experience in hospitality or service industry is desirable.
• Enthusiasm for your city, travel and current food & drink trends.
• Knowledge of contemporary local interests and the city is a plus.
• A genuine enthusiasm for guest service.

Requisiti

Eligible to work in the EU. Availability to work shifts as required. Experience in hospitality/service industry desirable. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
