Your mission: as a Front Office Host you are the first friendly face guests meet and the personality they remember after their stay. You set the tone on arrival, turn check-ins into warm conversations and move smoothly between the desk and the lobby to create an energetic, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and create a positive atmosphere from the moment they enter
- Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
- Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and lively
- Provide local recommendations and connect guests with events, restaurants and experiences
- Support bookings for activities, restaurants and related services
- Share guest feedback and insights with the team to enhance future stays
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Represent TSH by promoting outlets and identifying upsell opportunities

What we expect from you:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
- An energetic, welcoming attitude that makes guests feel at home
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- A proactive mindset and a passion for turning small moments into memorable ones
- Confidence using digital tools such as PMS, kiosks and guest messaging apps
- Clear communication in English and Italian
- Team-oriented approach and the ability to stay calm during busy periods

Requisiti
1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role; energetic and welcoming attitude; ability to multitask; confident with digital tools (PMS, kiosks, messaging apps); fluent in English and Italian; team player able to perform in busy periods.
