Your mission is to be the centre of the bar experience at The Social Hub: you’ll craft, shake and pour a wide variety of drinks — from classic cocktails to inventive creations and appealing zero-proof options — always combining technical accuracy with personality and warm hospitality. One moment you’ll be preparing drinks, the next you’ll assist the front-of-house to keep service smooth and enjoyable.
You will join an international, passionate F&B team that values teamwork and professional growth. You’ll receive practical training and ongoing support from the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, with clear opportunities to develop in the role.

Main responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a broad range of drinks — expertly made cocktails and quality non-alcoholic options — consistently and with flair.
- Provide warm, engaging guest service that leaves a positive impression.
- Support food service and other restaurant operations as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and events to confidently answer guest questions.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, seeking to turn complaints into compliments.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with event setup and service to help create memorable gatherings.
- Share skills and mentor colleagues to raise the overall drink standard across the team.
Profile & requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred, though enthusiasm and a positive attitude are highly valued.
- Skills & interests: A genuine passion for drinks (mixology, mocktails and pouring), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Presentation & mindset: Professional appearance, attention to detail and high service standards.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts.

We aim for fairness in pay: your starting salary is determined by the role, assessed proficiency and our salary framework. We present our best and fairest offer upfront and do not negotiate salaries.
- Starting salary: 23.830,90€ gross per year

Requisiti
Preferred 1–2 years bartending or hospitality experience; passion for drinks; fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; strong communication and multitasking skills; flexibility with shifts.
