Your mission: You are the upbeat, friendly presence guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub you keep service moving with confidence, speed and genuine warmth, switching between tables, the bar, the kitchen and teammates to make each guest feel at ease.

About us: The Social Hub is a playful and creative hybrid hospitality concept offering accommodation, events, coworking, gyms, rooftop bars and F&B outlets across Europe. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we operate in multiple countries and combine hotel thinking with community-driven spaces that welcome travellers, students and locals alike.

What you will do

• Welcome guests energetically and help them feel comfortable immediately
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and confidently suggest menu options
• Keep the dining area running by anticipating needs before they are voiced
• Coordinate clearly with bar and kitchen so each dish and drink is delivered correctly
• Resolve questions, requests and minor issues calmly and with a friendly approach
• Maintain a clean, organised station ready for service
• Support colleagues during peak moments to create a strong team rhythm

What we expect from you

• A natural passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn on the job
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Ability to multitask without losing composure
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
• Take pride in a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude

Pay fairness: We set starting salaries based on the role and assessed proficiency and present our best offer upfront. We do not negotiate salaries.

Starting salary: €22,349.26 gross per year

Requisiti

1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience or strong willingness to learn; fluent English and Italian; professional appearance; enthusiastic team player.
