We are seeking a charismatic and highly organised Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead the hostess team and run reservations for the SEEN Restaurant by Olivier in Rome. The role suits a dynamic hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills who can perform in a fast-paced, nightlife and lifestyle-oriented setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the hostess and guest reception team.
- Manage reservation strategy, table allocation and optimisation of guest flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with an international, lifestyle-focused clientele.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant floor teams, the kitchen and senior management.
- Maintain constant liaison with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee service for VIP guests, special requests and peak/high-demand moments.
- Ensure a seamless, energetic and elevated guest experience at all times.
- Actively contribute to the distinctive atmosphere and identity of the SEEN brand.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle restaurants or high-energy venues.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Knowledge of at least one additional language is required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaborative attitude and ability to work across departments.
- Flexibility, multitasking skills and resilience under pressure.
- Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanour.
- Positive, energetic and guest-focused personality, with availability to work in a nightlife-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be considered an advantage.

Requisiti
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle restaurants; fluent English; at least one additional language; strong communication and interpersonal skills; leadership and cross-department collaboration; flexibility to work nightlife hours.
