Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving daily meals for hotel staff in a clean, safe and welcoming canteen environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week with two days off. The estimated start date is July.

Key responsibilities
- Support the chef in selecting and planning the weekly staff canteen menu, ensuring variety and balanced nutrition for employees.
- Prepare and cook meals according to the planned menu, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
- Keep the canteen area, kitchen surfaces and equipment clean and orderly.
- Ensure correct storage and rotation of food supplies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee food availability and standards.
- Comply with HACCP and internal hygiene rules.
- Assist with general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles (staff canteen, catering or industrial kitchens).
- Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Italian language is required.

Requisiti
Previous experience in staff canteen, catering or industrial kitchen roles; strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety (HACCP); ability to work independently and in a team; flexible with hours including weekends and holidays; friendly, professional attitude; Italian language required.
