Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa

Bending Spoons aims to build an outstanding long-term company that serves millions of customers, helps team members grow rapidly, and operates with high efficiency and ethics. We acquire and improve digital products to own and operate them for the long term, working with small, talent-dense teams and integrating AI deeply into how we work.

Location: Milan (Italy), Warsaw (Poland), Madrid (Spain), or fully remote from eligible countries. Contract: Permanent or fixed-term.

Responsibilities

  • Answer user inquiries quickly and helpfully, increasingly leveraging automated and AI-powered support solutions.
  • Detect recurring problems and opportunities and report them to product and engineering to drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and refine scalable support systems such as help centers, automated flows and self-service paths so users can resolve issues independently and faster.
  • Manage product reviews, represent Bending Spoons publicly when replying and condense review insights into regular reports on user sentiment for the wider team.
  • Explore and implement AI tools to enhance user support and improve internal processes, streamlining workflows and cutting inefficiencies.
  • Keep up to date with app releases and product changes so support responses are accurate and reflect the current user experience.

Who we look for

  • Strong reasoning ability: you solve complex problems from first principles and focus on the details that matter.
  • Drive: you are highly ambitious, take initiative, and feel responsible for your results.
  • Team spirit: you support the best idea regardless of ownership, help your teammates, and act with reliability and transparency.
  • Proficiency in English: you read, write and speak English at a high level.

What we offer

  • Work in small, autonomous, high-performing teams with very talented colleagues and strong opportunities for rapid growth.
  • Generous benefits including flexible hours, remote work options, unlimited support for learning, top-level health insurance, a rich relocation package, parental support and an annual company retreat.
  • Competitive pay and access to discounted company equity. Typical salaries: €39,892 per year for less experienced hires in Europe, and for more experienced candidates between €54,346 and €82,557 per year elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and impact and can exceed these ranges for exceptional candidates. If offered a permanent contract you may receive part of your pay as discounted equity. Relocating to Italy may qualify for a 50% tax cut.

Selection process

We evaluate candidates based on clear, verifiable signals of excellence. All applicants follow the same process via our careers page. Successful applicants will be asked to complete one or more challenging tests that can take several hours and may include unfamiliar problems. We set a high bar and will not extend offers until we are confident in a candidate’s fit. We consider all applicants for employment and provide reasonable accommodations on request.

Before you apply

If you applied previously and did not receive an offer, we recommend waiting at least one year before reapplying.

Important: Bending Spoons is demanding and requires significant commitment. To onboard effectively, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months—regardless of your long-term work location. We provide generous travel and accommodation support for this period. After onboarding you may work from one of our offices or remotely from approved countries, depending on the offer agreement.
