Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
Placement: The candidate will join the Front Office department and will be trained to perform front desk activities.
- Welcome and assist guests on arrival and during their stay
- Support room assignment and manage check-in / check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and booking updates
- Provide information and assistance to guests
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls
- Support the handling of guest requests and complaints
- Carry out basic administrative tasks and maintain records
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Requirements
The hotel is looking for candidates with good communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a team. Knowledge of Italian is required; a basic level of English is needed and additional languages are considered a plus.
